Making the most of a gusty south-westerly

I was just packing up after a gusty south-westerly session, when Andrew, Caleb and Ray turned up with their kites. The tide was out, so they decided to kitesurf off the beach, which it pretty dicey with a gusty offshore wind. The main problem is getting dragged out to sea, but at low tide you can always walk in on the sandbar, provided you don't get dragged out too far.
